Working together

Our terms & expectations

Inclusion Bites is a podcast produced by SEE Change Happen Ltd, hosted by Joanne Lockwood, The Inclusive Culture Expert. This page sets out how we like to work together — the mutual expectations behind a warm, honest and professional conversation. If you apply to appear on the show, these terms apply alongside anything specific we agree with you in writing.

Taking part as a guest

Guests appear for the love of making a difference — there's no fee to take part, and none is payable to us. We ask that you come ready to be authentic, engage in good faith, and help promote your episode to your own network once it goes live. In return, we'll give your story the time, care and platform it deserves.

Recording, rescheduling & cancellations

We record remotely via Riverside.fm in audio and video, usually for 60–90 minutes, after a short chat and tech check. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If something goes wrong on the day — connection drops, outages, life happens — we'll work with you to rearrange, and we ask for the same understanding in return.

Views expressed & disclaimer

The views and opinions expressed by guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Inclusion Bites, SEE Change Happen Ltd or Joanne Lockwood. Episodes are shared for general interest and discussion and do not constitute professional, legal or HR advice. We take reasonable care but accept no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of any views, statements or information expressed by guests; any reliance you place on them is at your own risk.

Intellectual property & publication

Once recorded and published, each episode — including the audio, video, show notes, transcript and promotional clips — is produced and owned by SEE Change Happen Ltd, and distributed across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. You're warmly encouraged to share your episode and clips with your network. Please don't re-edit, re-cut or repurpose the recording, or use it to train AI systems, without our written consent. Equally, you confirm that what you share on the show is yours to share and doesn't breach anyone else's rights or confidentiality.

Respect & psychological safety

Our work involves sensitive, personal and sometimes contested topics. We expect everyone — guests, host and contributors alike — to engage respectfully and in good faith, creating a space where people can reflect and participate without hostility or personal attack. We reserve the right to pause, redirect or decline to publish content that is abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or inconsistent with the purpose of the show.

Data protection

Where we process personal data in connection with the podcast, we do so in line with our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, our Data Protection of Participant Information Policy. Please only share sensitive personal information where it's relevant to your participation.
