Inclusion Bites Podcast
Is this really us?
Podcasting asks you to trust someone you haven’t met yet. Here’s how to check that an invitation really comes from me — and to know exactly what you’re agreeing to — before you click, book or record.
Check 1
Check it’s really me
- I’m Joanne Lockwood, founder of SEE Change Happen. Inclusion Bites has been running since February 2020, with over 200 episodes you can listen to here and on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube.
- Podcast emails come from an @inclusionbites.co.uk address or my own @seechangehappen.co.uk address. If something arrives from anywhere else claiming to be me, don’t click it — email me instead, typing the address in yourself.
- You book your slot through my Calendly page, and your recording link always starts riverside.com/studio/inclusion-bites.
Check 2
A tech check stays a tech check
- We record on Riverside, in your web browser. On a phone or tablet you’d use Riverside’s own app from your app store.
- The only things you’ll be asked to allow are your microphone and camera.
- I will never ask for a password, a verification code, remote access to your computer, or for you to install anything else.
Check 3
Nothing gets added later
- There’s no fee to appear — now or ever. No paid promotion, no upgrades, no “package”. It’s in writing in the guest terms.
- What’s on the Be a guest page is the whole process. If anyone asks you for money in the show’s name, it isn’t us.
Check 4
You’ll know exactly what’s recorded, and where it goes
- It’s a live, unscripted conversation of about an hour — recorded, not broadcast live — with sound and video, inside a 90-minute slot.
- It becomes an edited episode on this site and the podcast apps, a YouTube video, short clips of you, and a full transcript.
- Before anything goes out you get a private preview, and you can suggest changes. I read every suggestion, and I’ll tell you what I’ve changed.
- I use AI tools to help with transcripts and show notes, and I read everything before it’s published.

If something doesn’t feel right, ask
Email me at podcast@inclusionbites.co.uk. I’d always rather you checked — nobody genuine will mind you asking what you’re clicking, booking or agreeing to.
